Provide Fire Alarm Maintenance & Repair Services to the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA)

The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive fire‑alarm inspection, testing, certification, repair, and maintenance services for a wide array of municipal facilities. The work includes annual system inspections, biennial sensitivity testing of smoke detectors, 24 × 7 call‑out repair services, and the supply of all necessary parts and materials. Pricing is to be submitted as unit rates for devices, hourly labor rates for normal and after‑hours work, and a material cost allowance (estimated $20 K per year with a maximum 10 % markup).
