NIWC Atlantic Rapid Capabilities Cell Commercial Solutions Opening

The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic has established the Rapid Capabilities Office (RCO) to rapidly assess and accelerate the delivery of capabilities to address emergent fleet needs. To achieve this, NIWC Atlantic is issuing a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to acquire innovative commercial products or services. Interested parties with new or developmental technological solutions are encouraged to follow this CSO, which will be used to post future Areas of Interest (AOI) for which the Government seeks solutions. • The CSO is continuously open, and individual Areas of Interest will be posted against this CSO. • Interested parties can submit technical solutions against the posted Areas of Interest. • The RCO aims to drive innovation and warfighter information advantage by rapidly assessing and accelerating the delivery of capabilities. • The scope of work includes the acquisition of innovative commercial products or services to address emergent fleet needs.
