124th FW A-10 Tube Cutting Kit

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide an A-10 Tube Cutting Kit. The kit must include various sized tube cutters, a drive assembly, accessories, and a durable carrying case. The tube cutting kit must have the capability to cut various materials, including carbon steel, low alloy steel, chrome steel, chrome/moly alloys, stainless steel, titanium, copper, aluminum, and copper-nickel alloys. The kit must also meet certain specifications, such as compact size, horseshoe style head, self-centering capability, auto-feed mechanism, and "chipless" cutting wheel. • The kit must include tube cutters of various sizes, including 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and 1". • The kit must include a drive assembly and accessories, such as manual drive systems, electric drive systems, and flexible drive cables. • The kit must have a durable carrying case. • The kit must be capable of cutting various materials, including carbon steel, low alloy steel, chrome steel, chrome/moly alloys, stainless steel, titanium, copper, aluminum, and copper-nickel alloys. • The kit must meet certain specifications, such as compact size, horseshoe style head, self-centering capability, auto-feed mechanism, and "chipless" cutting wheel.
