EUR/ATHENS - Purchase and delivery of dutiable heating oil

The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide and deliver high-grade dutiable heating oil to various U.S. Government owned and leased properties in Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece. The contract type will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery. The contractor must operate an established business with all required licenses and permits and a permanent address in Greece. The scope of work includes delivering heating oil, performing all necessary services, and providing a project manager who can converse in English and Greek. • The contractor must deliver heating oil within 48 hours from the date of order placement. • The contractor must provide a fixed price per unit of heating oil, which includes all labor, materials, insurance, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to supply and deliver the oil. • The contractor must provide a project manager who can converse in English and Greek and has the authority and competence to address and correct any issues related to the implementation and operation of the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Greek government laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide spill kits and take immediate spill recovery and containment actions in case of oil spills during delivery.
