Amendment 0002 - Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) PM Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Boston Healthcare System, is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems at the Jamaica Plain VA Medical Center. The contract includes repair and 24/7 emergency call back service, with a 2-hour response time. The contractor will be responsible for providing all supervision, personnel, material, parts, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation for the services. The contract does not include parts and labor costs for emergency call back services, which will be billed separately on a case-by-case basis. • The contract includes 2x yearly PM services with software updates. • The contractor will be responsible for providing repair and 24/7 emergency call back service. • The contract does not include parts and labor costs for emergency call back services. • The contractor will be required to provide quotes for emergency services and battery replacement installation, which will be pre-approved by the contracting officer. • The contract has a submission deadline of May 22, 2026, 11:00 AM EST.
