The Town of Lamar is seeking a licensed professional engineer and qualified installer to design, engineer, and install a flush‑mounted rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system on the Lamar Town Hall. The system must deliver at least 32 kW‑DC, achieve an efficiency of 1,138 kWh/kW‑DC, and use solar panels with a minimum 30‑year lifespan and inverters with a minimum 25‑year lifespan. The scope includes complete engineering design, procurement, and on‑site installation of the PV array and associated electrical components.
