HARBOR - Public Auction

The City & Borough of Wrangell is conducting a public, sealed‑bid auction to dispose of surplus maritime assets. Two items are offered: a 41‑foot fiberglass fishing hull (“TRES SUERTES”) and a collection of vans/building supplies. Both items are sold “as‑is” with no warranties, and buyers assume all risk, including liability for any injuries or damages. Minimum bids are set, and the highest acceptable bid at the auction time will secure the purchase. The auction is scheduled for August 23 2019 at 2 pm in Wrangell City Hall. • Item 1 – 41‑ft fiberglass fishing hull, minimum bid $6,888, located at Ritchie Yard Storage. • Item 2 – Vans / building‑supplies lot, minimum bid $5,033, located at Dock / Lot 2. • Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Harbor Auction Sale – August 23 2019 2:00 pm.” • All sales are cash only, with no warranty; buyer must sign a waiver and release of liability. • High‑bidder will be notified within 1–2 days; payment required within one week of notification.
