RFP - DEFINED BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION BENCHMARKING ANALYSIS

The Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) is seeking a consultant to provide defined benefit administration benchmarking analysis reports. The selected consultant will provide annual comprehensive benchmarking of PERS compared to global pension systems and provide analysis of peer systems. The consultant will also provide industry best practices and information regarding topics of interest. The scope of work includes providing an interactive way for clients to ask or respond to questions of other systems for insights on their processes and best practices, and organizing a conference of pension systems to share best practices, lessons learned, and networking opportunities. The contract is expected to be for four years with options to renew up to a maximum of ten years. • The consultant will provide annual comprehensive benchmarking of PERS compared to global pension systems • The consultant will provide analysis of peer systems, including 10-15 similarly sized US systems • The consultant will provide industry best practices and information regarding topics of interest • The consultant will provide an interactive way for clients to ask or respond to questions of other systems for insights on their processes and best practices • The consultant will organize a conference of pension systems to share best practices, lessons learned, and networking opportunities
