Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is seeking qualified vendors to provide onsite Telecommunications Cable System Support Services, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and lifecycle support for inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) copper and fiberoptic cabling systems. The services will be provided at FLETC training delivery points located in Artesia, NM; Charleston, SC; Cheltenham, MD; and Glynco, GA. The contractor should be able to provide mission critical telecommunication infrastructure support for voice, data, and network transport services.
• Installation of ISP and OSP cabling systems
• Maintenance and support services, including scheduled routine maintenance and emergency maintenance
• Testing and certification of cabling systems
• Documentation and records management
• Ability to provide 24/7/365 on-call emergency response
• Experience with government/enterprise environments
• Ability to surge for large scale projects
