ELECTRICAL PARTS AND SUPPLIES ITB

The City of Portland is seeking bids from qualified firms or contractors to provide electrical parts and supplies. The awarded Price Agreement shall include these items at bid prices as well as any others available from the Bidder. The contract term is expected to be up to five years, with the option for the City to award to one or multiple Bidders. Key considerations include the ability to provide products from specified manufacturers or authorized distributors, compliance with federal and state regulations, and adherence to the City's sustainability objectives. • The City is seeking electrical parts and supplies, including but not limited to those listed on the Bid Form, Attachment 1. • The contract term is expected to be up to five years, with the option for the City to award to one or multiple Bidders. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to cancel this solicitation at any time without award. • The successful contractor will be expected to enter into a not-to-exceed Price Agreement with the City substantially similar to Exhibit A, Sample Price Agreement.
