The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and containers (2‑, 4‑, 6‑, 8‑yard bins and 20‑yard debris boxes) meeting strict specifications (sloping lids, locking mechanisms, animal‑proof lids at designated sites), perform daily or designated‑day pickups, maintain containers, and comply with California waste‑diversion (≥ 50 % landfill diversion) and SB 1383 organic‑waste requirements.
