MDAR FY27 Departmental RFR- Conference Services

The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) is seeking to create a Qualified Contractor List of vendors that provide Conference Services for future meeting space and other hotel accommodations. The successful vendors will be added to a Qualified Contractor List, which will be used by the Department's Divisions as needed. The contract duration is expected to be up to 8 years, with an initial duration from the contract effective date to June 30, 2034. The Department will evaluate proposals based on criteria such as pricing, service area, years of experience, qualifications, prompt pay discount, and overall quality of response. • Minimum-Maximum Attendees • Parking • Wifi • Seating and Table options • Audio Visual Equipment • Onsite food or catering options • Meeting Room layouts • Hotel room descriptions/options • Other services you may provide Interested applicants must submit a Letter of Interest, Attachment A- Application Response Form, Proposal, Reservation request procedures, Detailed Pricing, and Prompt Payment Discount Form (Attachment B).
