District Instructional Supplies & Equipment

Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of instructional supplies and teaching aids, including general teaching aids, classroom supplies, equipment, Career and Tech Education (CATE) products, special education products, non-state adopted textbooks, math manipulatives, curriculum materials, and online content. The district is looking for qualified vendors offering discounts off catalog prices, published prices, or fair market value. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best serves the interest of the district. Some key points to note include: * The contract term will be from June 6, 2024, through June 30, 2030. * The district reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any and/or all proposals. * Awards will be based on the respondent's submittal meeting the requirements established in the RFP. * The district is exempt from federal excise tax and state tax, so vendors should not include tax in their bid totals. * The successful vendor's proposal as submitted shall remain throughout the terms of the agreement.
