Non-Ferrous Metal Sale

The Marine Corps Base Hawaii is soliciting bids for the sale of Deformed Expended Small Arms Casings (brass). The sale includes 74,337 gross pounds or 71,590 net pounds of brass, packaged in 27 tri-wall cardboard boxes. Bidders must submit their bids by email, including the required information such as company name, contact information, and price per pound. The bidder offering the highest price per pound will be awarded the sale. The purchaser is responsible for removing the item(s) from the Government property within 14 days of the award date. • The sale is a one-time sale of the item(s) listed. • The Government guarantees the original purchaser that the property offered for sale will be as described. • The purchaser assumes sole responsibility for the security and protection of the property purchased. • Payment must be made before removal of the item(s) and within 14 days of the award date. • The purchaser must comply with all base regulations when entering the installation.
