Request for Proposals for Naming and Sponsorship Rights for the New Rapid City Sports Fieldhouse

The City of Rapid City is seeking proposals for naming and sponsorship rights for the new Rapid City Sports Fieldhouse. The fieldhouse will be a 170,000 sq ft indoor facility located at the gateway to the Black Hills, designed to blend top-tier competition with world-class adventure. The City is looking for a partner to help transform the facility into a thriving community and economic hub. Proposals will be evaluated on community impact, financial contribution, and operational symbiosis. The selected partner will have the opportunity to have their name and/or logo incorporated into various elements of the fieldhouse, including the official name, website, social media accounts, and signage. Some key aspects of the project include: • Free all-weather activities such as walking/running track and indoor playground • Leased tournament facilities for sports such as basketball, volleyball, and soccer • Leased party and meeting facilities • Leased medical physical therapy facility • Leased sports performance area • Concourse and café with sponsorship opportunities • Indoor playground with sponsorship opportunities
