Weapons Shipping Harness Refurbishment Blanket Purchase Agreement

The Navy is establishing a multiple‑award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to refurbish a weapon shipping harness for the SSN‑688 submarine class. The contractor will be responsible for picking up the harness, disassembling it, replacing worn components, repainting, performing weight and operational tests, providing required documentation, and returning the refurbished harness to the Naval Submarine Support Facility in Groton, CT.
