Description
The Little Rock School District is seeking a cinematographer/video production content partner to work collaboratively with the District's Communications Department and contracted advertising/branding agency to conceptualize, film, edit, and deliver high-quality video content. The selected partner will be responsible for managing video projects from initial concept and story development through production, post-production, approval, and final delivery. The partner should have at least 10 years of professional experience producing documentary, educational, nonprofit, public sector, advocacy, broadcast, or community-focused video content. Some of the key responsibilities include:
• Identifying stories across the District
• Building trust with students, families, educators, and staff
• Representing LRSD’s diversity without relying on generalizations or token representation
• Connecting individual stories to the districtwide message
• Balancing emotional storytelling with clear information about educational opportunities
• Creating material that can work across broadcast, web, presentations, and social platforms
The District is looking for a collaborative, creative partner who can manage the practical requirements of a districtwide production, including scheduling, communication, school access, participant coordination, releases, media organization, revisions, and final delivery.
