Erie County’s Department of Social Services seeks a qualified vendor to design, deliver, and manage a comprehensive staff‑training and education program for roughly 1,400 DSS employees. The contract is cost‑reimbursable, one‑year with an optional renewal, and must address trauma‑informed, solution‑focused, and culturally‑responsive training across multiple thematic streams, including wellness, communication, leadership, technology, and succession planning. The vendor must staff the effort with qualified trainers, a technical developer, a program coordinator, and support staff, and must provide all curriculum, materials, and evaluation reporting on a quarterly basis. Funding is drawn from federal TANF and related titles with a required State/Local match; indirect costs are capped at 15 % of total award.
