USD Women's Volleyball 2025 Charter Flight

The University of South Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide air charter services for the women's volleyball team. The contract will be for the 2025-26 season, with one round trip or a one-way trip from Yankton, SD to Tulsa, OK. The vendor must provide an aircraft with a minimum seating capacity of 30, and must be able to accommodate all baggage and equipment. The vendor will be responsible for providing non-alcoholic beverages, and must have a contingency plan in place in case of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances. • The contract will be awarded based on the following criteria: seating capacity, cost and accuracy of estimates, experience, responses from references, and preferred credits. • The vendor must provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, aircraft information, and experience. • The contract will be in the form of a purchase order with an attachment of the pricing submitted by the vendor. • The University of South Dakota reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in the proposal process.
