Description
The Brown County Fair is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive sound, lighting, and stage equipment (including delivery, setup, operation, and teardown) for six days of Grandstand entertainment each year from 2027 through 2031. The scope covers the two‑day Dacotah Stampede rodeo and four days of concerts, with equipment specifications detailed in Addendum 1 and the option to supply additional items as required by performing artists. The contractor must also provide a certified staging technician, forklift/telehandler operator, stagehands, electrician, and accommodations (hotel rooms and meals) for crew members. Proposals are due sealed by 8:45 AM on October 27, 2026, and the successful bidder must furnish a performance bond equal to the contract price within ten days of award.
