The City of Annapolis is soliciting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from interested boat pilot operational firms for the operation of a passenger/bicycle water ferry service. The service will operate on weekends from April to October, with the City providing up to two vessels at no cost. The operator will be responsible for all operating, insurance, and maintenance costs, as well as providing dockage for the vessels.
