Pick Up & Drop Off Laundry IDIQ (5-Year)

The Washington Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide laundry and dry-cleaning services for a 5-year period. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and dropping off laundry at a single location. The contract will be a firm fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a minimum guarantee of $2,000.00 for the first task order. The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Washington state labor requirements. The contractor must also adhere to Washington state health and safety standards. • The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the laundry and dry-cleaning services. • The contractor must comply with the SCA and Washington state labor requirements. • The contractor must adhere to Washington state health and safety standards. • The contractor must provide a quality control manual that meets the standards of the Health and Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC). • The contractor must be able to perform up to the maximum capacity over the 5-year period.
