ERATE CATEGORY 2 NETWORK PRODUCTS & SVC

The State of South Carolina is issuing a statewide term contract to procure E‑Rate Category Two networking hardware, managed services, maintenance, and value‑added reseller (VAR) services for public school districts and libraries. The contract is organized into nine distinct “lots,” each tied to a specific manufacturer (Extreme, Barracuda, HPE, Juniper, Palo Alto, Ruckus, Fortinet, Cisco, and a “new functionality” lot for other eligible manufacturers). Offerors must be authorized resellers at the required partner level, provide a valid E‑Rate SPIN number, and submit a completed Bidding Schedule showing percentage discounts off MSRP for the broadband internal‑connection items. Evaluation is based on the lowest cumulative discount, with a 1.25 % administrative services fee and quarterly reporting. The contract runs for an initial one‑year term with up to four one‑year renewal options (maximum five‑year duration).
