The County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified vendors to provide Strategic Plan and Support Services to various County departments on an as-needed basis. These consulting services will support departments' efforts to align with County goals and priorities. The services include Strategic Planning, Performance Measurement, Process Improvement, and Emergency Management. Vendors must have at least three years of experience in providing similar services and must submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) that includes descriptions of past projects, sample work products, and references. The County will review the SOQs and select qualified vendors to enter into Master Agreements. The Master Agreements will be for a term of up to five years, and the County may suspend or cancel the agreements at any time. • The services will be provided on an as-needed basis. • Vendors must have experience in providing similar services. • The SOQ must include descriptions of past projects, sample work products, and references. • The County will review the SOQs and select qualified vendors to enter into Master Agreements. • The Master Agreements will be for a term of up to five years.
