Salisbury University is seeking a vendor to supply a variety of fresh, sliced bread products to its Dining Services locations on a regular four‑day‑per‑week schedule. All bread must be produced within 24 hours of delivery, labeled with a production‑date code, and delivered FOB Destination with all transportation, packaging, and related costs included. The contract runs for two years (through July 30 2028) with two optional one‑year renewals, and the university may terminate with 30‑day notice. The vendor must also handle stocking, rotate inventory, provide signed delivery receipts, replace rejected items promptly, and furnish quarterly purchase reports and sample deliveries upon request. • Provide listed bread items (white, wheat, whole‑grain, rye, Texas toast, hot‑dog rolls, sandwich rolls, Kaiser, sub rolls, Chick‑fil‑A buns) in the specified quantities. • Deliver 4 times per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) between 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., with optional Saturday deliveries. • Maintain freshness (≤ 24 hrs), labeling, and quality standards; failure can lead to contract cancellation. • All costs must be quoted FOB Destination, inclusive of transport, packaging, insurance, and equipment.
