Agricultural Tractor Rental 2026-2027

The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the rental of agricultural tractors for the 2026-2027 summer and winter maintenance operations. The contract period will be approximately 7 months (12 months for Bismarck District) and the tractors shall be new or carry-over models with less than 300 hours. The successful bidder will be required to provide 24-hour parts availability, perform routine maintenance, and deliver the tractors to the designated locations. • The tractors will be used for an estimated 250 engine hours during the rental period. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a narrative describing their ability to respond to breakdowns with emergency service or replacement equipment. • The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder with the lowest price considering conformity with specifications, terms of delivery, quality, and serviceability. • The State reserves the right to waive minor informalities in bid responses and to reject any bid response that is not responsive to the specifications or other requirements of the solicitation.
