Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking vendors that already have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable technical addenda to provide Ethernet wireline or fixed‑wireless network services to a statewide list of sites. The solicitation requires completion of an Excel cost model for each site, including installation intervals, monthly recurring and non‑recurring costs, and mandatory technical requirements. Vendors must meet guaranteed install intervals or propose shorter ones, and must submit a signed certification and assurances form. Evaluation will be based on cost, timeline, and local‑loop type (fiber, fixed‑wireless, or copper).
