Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $10,000,000

Given the scope of work and the fact that this is a three-year contract with a two-year option period, it's reasonable to estimate that the budget for this contract could be substantial. Assuming the contractor will need to provide a significant amount of equipment, labor, and materials to perform the work, the total contract value could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million per year, depending on the specific requirements and the contractor's pricing. Over the course of the three-year base period, this would translate to a total budget of $1.5 million to $6 million, with the potential for an additional $1 million to $4 million if the two-year option period is exercised. Therefore, the estimated budget range for this contract is $1.5 million to $10 million.
