Description
The FAA is conducting a market survey to gather capability statements and performance capacity information from vendors able to supply a broad list of commercial test equipment for the National Test Equipment Program (NTEP) under a future Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The survey is informational only; no contracts will be awarded from this effort, but the data will inform future acquisition planning for FY27‑FY31. Vendors must submit a ≤5‑page capability statement and a list of equipment they can provide by 5:00 pm CST, 29 Sep 2026. The BPA will cover multiple items (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, calibration kits, etc.) to be shipped to various FAA locations worldwide. The anticipated contract period is four years. The solicitation is open to all small businesses, including SDVOSB, WOSB, and 8(a) firms.
