Finlay Park Music and Festival Planning Contractor

The City of Columbia is seeking a qualified contractor to serve as the Music and Festival Planning Contractor for Finlay Park. The contractor will be responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, production, marketing, logistics, and post‑event reporting for a series of public concerts, festivals, and community events. The contract term is two years starting October 1 2026, with four optional one‑year extensions. The scope includes talent booking, artist contract administration, production management (sound, lighting, rigging, staging), vendor coordination, sponsorship outreach, marketing/communications, on‑site event operations, and compliance with city, fire, police, ADA, and safety regulations.
