Integrated Pest Management Chemicals Supply and Delivery

The City of Tracy is seeking qualified vendors to enter into a General Services Agreement for the supply and delivery of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) chemicals used in vegetation management on city‑owned properties. The contract will initially span two years with an option to extend for an additional three years, and bidders must register on the PlanetBids portal and complete a Vendor Information Sheet. The City reserves the right to award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest, to reduce scope, or to waive irregularities. • Supply and delivery of IPM chemicals (herbicides, insecticides, nematicides, etc.) for city‑managed landscapes. • Two‑year base term with a possible three‑year extension, creating a multi‑year procurement horizon. • Mandatory vendor registration on PlanetBids; all submissions must be received by 2:00 PM on August 31, 2026.
