The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is seeking solutions for participation in the USG Command and Control (C2) Software Development Kit (SDK) Integration event. The primary goal of this Call is to identify and assess innovative solutions for participation in the USG C2 SDK Integration event. The solutions must be capable of performing or enabling missions such as Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Target Acquisition (RSTA), electronic warfare, communications relay, or strike to enhance the capabilities of Army units at echelons above battalion. The key objectives for the solutions include extended reach, autonomous/semi-autonomous operation, mission diversity, collaborative teaming, controller interoperability, heterogeneous control, policy-driven system governance, contextual reasoning and edge intelligence, C2 augmentation, tactical protocol integration, and data interoperability.
• The solutions must be innovative and commercially available.
• The solutions must be capable of integrating with the USG’s C2 architecture solution.
• The solutions must be able to publish information to the tactical network.
• The solutions must be able to operate at the ranges required by echelons above battalion.
• The solutions must be able to execute missions in contested environments with minimal operator interaction.
• The solutions must be able to perform missions including, but not limited to, strike, electronic warfare, and reconnaissance.
• The solutions must be able to network and operate as part of a collaborative swarm or team of unmanned systems.
• The solutions must be able to control different RAS platforms with the same controller.
• The solutions must be able to control different RAS platforms simultaneously with a single controller.
• The solutions must be able to ingest, process, and reason through localized data in real time as mission variables shift.
• The solutions must be able to enhance the provided core software framework to support advanced orchestration, automated decision support, and streamlined management of autonomous systems in the battlespace.
• The solutions must be able to extend software communications to effectively exchange data over tactical edge networks utilizing diverse military and commercial protocols.
• The solutions must be able to ensure seamless integration, translation, and information sharing between disparate RAS platforms and higher-echelon command nodes to maintain a common operating picture.
