2026 FAC Concessions Bid

The City of Siloam Springs is seeking bids for concession operations at the Family Aquatic Center. The selected concessionaire will be responsible for providing contractual concession services, maintaining accurate books of account, and paying the City a percentage of gross income from sales. The concessionaire must have no felony conviction within the previous 120 months and comply with all Arkansas Department of Health guidelines. Key responsibilities include: • Providing all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for concession operations • Maintaining equipment and concession stand cleanliness • Staffing and supervising employees • Complying with health and safety regulations • Paying the City an agreed-upon percentage of gross income from sales The concessionaire will have the option to extend the contract for up to two consecutive years.
