Cabling Service and Related Products

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) is seeking offers from qualified respondents to provide cabling services and related products to eligible customers. The scope of the contract includes a wide range of cabling services, from a single basic cable pull to the rewiring of an entire facility, using balance copper cabling and fiber optic cabling. Respondents may propose cabling installation pricing for multiple cable categories, including Category 5e, Category 6, Category 7, and Fiber Optic. They may also propose any cable equipment, products, and supplies necessary to install a complete cabling solution. • Cabling services, including planning, design, installation, construction, maintenance, training, and support • Related products, including data racks, wire management, patch panels, fiber boxes, and cable wire • Related services, including product installation, integration, maintenance, and support The contract will be for an indefinite period, with no minimum guarantees of purchases. DIR reserves the right to make changes to the contract and its appendices if it is in the best interest of the state.
