The State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services is issuing a competitive solicitation to award statewide contracts for the purchase and delivery of gasoline, diesel, and renewable fuels. The contract will be a 36‑month, performance‑based agreement with a possible 24‑month extension, covering all counties and allowing both “keep‑full” (tank‑level monitoring) and “will‑call” (on‑demand) delivery models.
