ADL 421564 UA Land Use Permit Application for Poker Flats

The University of Alaska/Geophysical Institute has applied for a Land Use Permit (LUP) to continue using the Poker Flats Research Range for the recovery of rocket debris and as a payload impact safety area for booster stage rockets. The proposed permit would be for an 18-year term. The area to be utilized is specifically state-owned lands within numerous townships throughout the Northern Region. The public is invited to comment on this activity.
