Auburn University is seeking a qualified contractor to review and update the existing Integrated Cultural Resource Management Plan (ICRMP) for the Pine Bluff Arsenal in Arkansas. The effort is a document‑centric, consultative engagement that requires coordination with the Army’s Directorate of Public Works, State Historic Preservation Office, and tribal entities, and the delivery of a revised ICRMP that complies with DoD and historic preservation regulations. • Scope includes project management, data refresh, stakeholder interviews, GIS database updates, and production of draft and final plan deliverables. • Contract period is May 1 2026 through September 30 2026 (≈5 months) with monthly progress reports and invoicing. • Contractor must hold NCIC Level III clearance, be U.S.‑based, and meet Alabama sales‑tax and debarment certifications. • Small Business participation is encouraged; the award may be split by line item.
