Description
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning solvents, including Ethyl Alcohol, Red Vinegar, and Press Wash, to support the manufacturing process of high-quality print products, primarily US currency. The contract will be for a total of 60 months, with a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that will allow the BEP to place orders as needed. The contractor will be required to deliver the cleaning solvents to the BEP's facilities in Washington, D.C. and Fort Worth, Texas.
Some key points to consider:
• The contract is a small disadvantaged business set-aside, and the BEP is looking for a contractor that can provide high-quality cleaning solvents at a competitive price.
• The contractor will be required to provide a full description of the proposed items, including specifications and capabilities, as well as warranty information and delivery dates.
• The BEP will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability and price, with the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote being the most favorable.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards.
