48Ft Refer Trailer (3months)

The Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island is seeking a contractor to provide one 48ft refer trailer for a period of 3 months. The trailer must be able to be converted to a freezer unit, have a temperature range of 0 degrees for a freezer to 30 degrees for reefer use, and have preventive and corrective maintenance performed by the company. The contractor must also provide replacement units within 48 hours if needed. Some key points to consider are: * The contractor must provide a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. * The contractor must have satisfactory or neutral past performance, which will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. * The Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) application will be used in the evaluation of suppliers' past performance. * The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection. * The contractor must provide documentation, such as product literature and other material, that clearly demonstrates the item quoted meets all the requirements and specifications of Section B. * The offeror shall complete provisions provided in Section I (FAR 52.212-3) of the SF1449 submit with quote, or complete the Reps and Certs in the System for Award Management (SAM) and reference SAM completion in quote. * The offeror must acknowledge all solicitation amendments. * Quotes must be good for 30 days from the closing date of the solicitation. * The offeror shall provide documentation (SPECIFICATION SHEET), such as product literature and other material that clearly demonstrates in detail the item quoted meets all the requirements and specifications of Section B as will be evaluated by the Government. * The maximum page limit for the Technical Capability is twenty pages.
