The Collingswood Board of Education is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive capacity‑building services aimed at advancing equity, anti‑racism, and inclusion across the district. The work includes in‑person and virtual professional‑development training, data analysis of an existing equity audit, development of a sustainable equity framework, goal‑setting, metric definition, and assistance in drafting a district‑wide strategic plan. The contract runs from mid‑November 2024 through the end of June 2025, with daily training sessions scheduled 1 pm–3 pm.
