Unsheltered Point-in-Time County

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to procure a qualified vendor to conduct the Unsheltered Homeless Point-in-Time Count Census and Survey Project for the Mendocino County Department of Social Services.The purpose of the RFP is to identify qualified business organizations that meet the minimum qualifications and have the experience to provide services as described below to conduct the Unsheltered Homeless Point-in-Time Count Census and Survey Project for the Mendocino County Department of Social Services on behalf of the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC, CA-509).Vendors must submit five (5) copies of their proposal: four (4) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached, but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.
