USAF Band Exhibit Booth

The United States Air Force seeks a contractor to design, fabricate, and deliver a government‑owned, 10‑ft × 30‑ft modular trade‑show exhibit for the USAF Band’s outreach and recruiting events. The scope includes a collapsible aluminum structure, replaceable tension‑fabric graphics, a 75‑inch‑class digital display with mounting and accessories, custom reception furniture with lockable storage and integrated lighting, cable management, shipping crates, full staging, inspection, training, documentation, warranty support, and delivery to Joint Base Anacostia‑Bolling or another National Capital Region site. The exhibit must be reusable, have a minimum seven‑year service life, be assembled by up to four personnel within eight labor hours, and be delivered no later than 30 Nov 2026.
