Request for Statements of Qualifications for Professional Services - State Construction Dept.

The Wyoming State Construction Department is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Service providers in various disciplines, including Architecture, Structural Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The selected firms will be kept on file with the SCD for two years. The SOQ submittal requirements include a cover letter, a completed statement of qualifications, an hourly rate schedule, and current certificates of insurance and good standing. The selection will be made in accordance with Wyoming State Law and the rules adopted by the Wyoming State Construction Department. • The SOQs will be reviewed and approved submittals will be kept on file with the SCD for two years. • Firms are not required to re-submit SOQs if already provided to SCD in 2025. • Firms that submitted in 2023 or earlier should submit their SOQs under this Professional Services solicitation. • The State of Wyoming is not obligated to award any contract, and multiple contracts may be awarded.
