RADOME

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to repair F/A-18A-D Radomes. The contractor will be responsible for repairing, testing, and inspecting the radomes in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Requirements Section of the document. The evaluation factors for this requirement will be past performance, time of delivery, and price. The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the required turnaround time of 178 days. The contractor must also provide a throughput constraint for each NSN and ensure that all assets are repaired and delivered within the specified timeframe. • The contractor must prepare and maintain manufacturing, repair, modification, assembly, and inspection procedures. • The contractor must ensure that all personnel performing tasks are trained and certified as required by IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C. • The contractor must contact the inspection team at least 30 days prior to the First Article inspection. • The contractor must comply with all applicable documents, including the A1-F18AC-IETM and MIL-STD-454.
