Henry County is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a complete turnkey renovation of the Richard Craig Park Athletic Complex. The scope includes demolition, new construction, resurfacing of fields, installation of modern athletic facilities, lighting, fencing, seating, and related site improvements to create a safe, accessible, tournament‑quality venue for recreational programs, league play, tournaments, and community events. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, insurance, bonding, and warranties, and manage the project from design‑build through final close‑out. Proposals are due November 11, 2026 at 3:00 PM; a non‑mandatory pre‑bid conference and site visit are offered. The County will evaluate technical merit, experience, DBE participation, and price.
