Dual Language Professional Development

The Salem-Keizer School District 24J is seeking proposals for dual language professional development. The district is looking for a provider to offer professional development services to support dual language instruction. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who best meets the district's requirements. The bidder must provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, experience, and qualifications. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the bidder who is deemed most responsible and responsive. • The bidder must provide a warranty and guarantee for all goods, materials, and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery. • The bidder must provide catalogue information, specifications, and other relevant details for each item bid. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and district policies, including those related to tax exemption, trade-in equipment, and equipment warranties. • The bidder must provide samples of equipment or materials when required. • The bidder must comply with the district's requirements for drop-shipments, including prepayment of shipping costs and provision of appropriate labels and packing slips.
