NEEDIPEDIA - COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS OPENING - CSO

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking innovative commercial solutions to support its mission requirements. This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) is a competitive solicitation for proposals to acquire innovative commercial products and services. The DIA is interested in all possible innovative concepts/ideas that may fill current gaps, including concepts/ideas focused on maximizing agency operating efficiency and effectiveness. Proposers are encouraged to submit white papers and proposals that address the requirements listed on the NeedipeDIA/SAM.gov portals. Some key points to consider: • The CSO has a 5-year open period, and white papers will be accepted through the NeedipeDIA portal during this entire period. • There are no specific submission deadlines for NeedipeDIA submissions. • The DIA anticipates multiple awards, and the level of funding for individual awards will depend on the quality of the proposals received and the availability of funds. • Awards will be made to offerors whose submissions are determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, considering all evaluation factors. • The Government reserves the right to select for negotiation all, some, one, or none of the proposals received in response to this solicitation. • Proposers should note that the DIA places a significantly higher value on ideas, concepts, and proposals that promote quick testing of applications or proof-of-concept in shorter periods of time, and avoid protracted performance periods.
