The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a lessor to provide approximately 13,200 square feet of contiguous space for a new clinic in Defiance, Ohio. The clinic will be designed based on the VA Leased CBOC Design Narrative, and the lessor will be responsible for procuring and installing various systems, including telecommunications, HVAC, and plumbing. The lessor will also be required to provide and maintain certain equipment, such as fire extinguishers and a ceiling patient lift. The clinic will have various rooms, including exam rooms, group therapy rooms, and a lab, each with specific requirements for lighting, electrical outlets, and flooring. The lessor will be responsible for ensuring that the space meets the VA's design requirements and for providing ongoing maintenance and support.
