Description
The City of Spokane seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive garment, linen, and related laundry services under a master contract framework. • Perform laundering, alterations, and separate handling of hazardous‑contaminated garments according to WAC safety standards.
• Deliver items on variable schedules (twice‑weekly to quarterly) to numerous city departments and maintain electronic invoicing and reporting.
• Submit a signed copy of each addendum with the proposal; proposals are evaluated on technical merit (35%), management capability (30%) and cost (35%).
