Owner's Representative Services for GES/PES

The State of Connecticut’s Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking an Owner’s Representative to provide professional services for the design‑build of two new elementary schools – Gainfield Elementary School (GES) and Pomperaug Elementary School (PES). The contractor will act as the owner’s advocate throughout construction, overseeing schedule, budget, quality, and compliance with school‑specific requirements. The scope includes pre‑construction coordination, construction administration, sub‑contractor oversight, change‑order management, and final close‑out documentation. • Services required for two new K‑5 public schools in Connecticut • Owner’s Representative role – schedule, cost, quality, risk management • Coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and school district officials • Must be able to work on‑site as needed and provide regular status reports • Contract awarded through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) process; open to all vendors
